While we constantly hear about the lives and successes of top riders, less is known about their invaluable equine partners. Here is the next in a series to offer an inside look at the horses we are so proud to work with. We may know of classes they have won and titles they have been awarded, but their characters, quirks and traits are largely unknown to us, their adoring fans.
Congratulations to Kent Farrington on a stellar afternoon!!!! After winning the Speed Stake this morning, he just won the $75,000 Fidelity Investments Grand Prix aboard Calvin Van Het Wuitenshof. 2nd to Charlie Jacobs aboard Leap of Joy, 3rd to Kate Levy aboard Lirvin du Volsion.
Chris McCrea and Avenir finish with 4 faults, will finish 4th.
Quentin Judge and HH Calvano have 8 faults
Charlie Jacobs and Leap of Joy are clear and into 2nd place!
Andrew Bourns and Gowan Park have a refusal in the jump off and finish with 4 faults
Kate Levy and Lirvin du Volsion finish clear and move into 2nd
Nick Dello Joio and Scarface finish the jumpoff with 8 faults
